The trademark has to be renewed between 1 year before the date of expiration of the trademark till the date of expiration by paying the renewal fees. For example, if a Trademark application was made on 1st October 2010, then the renewal of the trademark has to be done between 1st of October 2019 to 1st of October 2020.
