  1. Registration Arena is a Network of Independent Professionals

Registration Arena is India’s largest network of independent professionals who specialize in various fields such as Legal, Tax, Environmental, Sustainability, Audit, Product Certifications, and all other services rendered by professionals independently. Registration Arena is a legal tech platform that only manages client relationships, and services are delivered locally by professionals in the network.

No member firm has any authority to obligate or bind Registration Arena or any other member firm vis-à-vis third parties, nor does Registration Arena have any such authority to obligate or bind any member firm.

Registration Arena is a network of professionals where queries are assigned to a network of professionals. Registration Arena is responsible for collecting payments from customers as per the agreed milestone displayed on the platform and agreed upon with the professionals. Registration Arena will pay the professionals; henceforth, Registration Arena acts as a facilitator. The orders placed by clients shall be delivered by professionals.

Registration Arena is a technology company and aggregator with a team of experts, including Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CS), and Lawyers, who provide advice to clients. Registration Arena does not fulfill the client’s requirements directly. It only takes the client’s requirements and passes them on to the professional consultants.

  1. Registration Arena Acts as a Platform for Legal services

We are a network of independent professionals organized as a club. Upon successful payment, in accordance with your agreed terms, we will provide you with advisory assistance and facilitate connections with the appropriate professionals.

It’s important to understand that Registration Arena is solely a platform that facilitates interactions between clients and independent professionals. All other requirements and arrangements will be handled directly between the client and the professional, with Registration Arena having no involvement.

  • Registration Arena does not Promote any Lawyer-Client Relationship

At Registration Arena, any transmission, receipt, or use of any Registration Arena advisory services does not constitute or build a lawyer-client relationship or any other kind of relationship between the client and the professional. Any electronic communication sent to Registration Arena alone is not to build a lawyer-client relationship between the user and Registration Arena, such being expressly denied.

  • Registration Arena does not favor any user or independent professional

Registration Arena does the work of finding the best-suited independent professional for the needs of the user. We do not favor any user or independent professional. Registration Arena does not advertise or promote any independent professional by any means.

  • Registration Arena does not Provide Avenue for Solicitation

Registration Arena maintains client confidentiality from consultants until the client communicates with the consultant or advisor directly or online. Our independent consultants are prohibited from viewing any private data in relation to potential clients. Moreover, the independent consultant cannot view the client’s profile unless the client and the consultant communicate with each other.

The users of Registration Arena are granted to be non-exclusive, limited rights to access and the utilisation of our services in accordance with the clauses described in the signed contract. In order to maintain compliance measures, it is essential that all users abide by the policies set by our company. Registration Arena reserves the right to deny providing consultancy services to any user in case of any violation of rules, in the subject of complaints by any other Registration Arena users for such reason.

Users engaged in any of the following mentioned activities are not to be tolerated –

  • The utilization of any foul or otherwise inappropriate language.
  • Making any racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments.
  • Promoting or providing any instructional information about illegal activities or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.

The client further agrees that this defense and indemnity is to include, without limitation of, our professional consultant fees and costs. The client also agrees that this defense and indemnity is also applicable to Registration Arena, its founders, officers, and employees. Registration Arena reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user, and the user shall not, in any event, settle any matter without the written consent of Registration Arena.

However, Registration Arena is not to be held liable in case of loss of any data due to accidental or deliberate deletion, network or system outages, backup failure, corrupted files, or any other reason.

By providing us with any Document of information, you provide non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable rights to Registration Arena for using, publishing, modifying, creating, translating, adapting, reproducing, and distributing the information. Furthermore, you also provide Registration Arena, with the license to use the information by all means. We ensure that none of the information will be intentionally disclosed. However, we do not hold any liability for disclosure of information by default in the server due to third-party activity.

Upon interaction with the client, with respect to the advisory or consultancy service provided by Registration Arena, in case any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, unenforceable, or void, then that particular provision is to be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and is not to affect their validity or enforceability of the entire terms and conditions.

In case of the rise of any dispute, it is to be settled through arbitration, and the location for the dispute settlement in Pune.

  1. Warranty and Limited Liability

There is a higher risk for Registration Arena, for all operators of online systems, that we might be held accountable for the wrongful actions of the Clients. In case one of our Clients libels another one of our clients, they can blame Registration Arena, even though the libellee is at fault.

In case any Client uploads any program with a computer virus or transmits illegal or improper information to another user, and this results in damaging the time and resources of our other clients, the libellee is to be held liable and is required to acknowledge the responsibility for their actions.

Although it is the goal of Registration Arena to provide Clients with reliable and quality systems, there is a chance of errors or system failure from our end. Such errors are inevitable while running an operating system of such size. We cannot make our system available in case we have to acknowledge our mistakes or financial liability in relation to usability problems, system failures or errors, or mistakes or damages of any kind.

In order to continue improving our consultancy services, Registration Arena denies any warranties of the services and states that our liability for any problems connected with the use of our system is strictly limited.

The client expressly agrees that the use of the service is at the client’s sole risk. The consultancy services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Registration Arena expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by any independent advisor from Registration Arena is to create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

  • Limitation of Liability

The client agrees that Registration Arena is not to be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of user’s transmissions or data, Including, but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if Registration Arena has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The client further agrees that Registration Arena is not to be held liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, whether such interruption, suspension or termination was justified, negligent, intentional or inadvertent.
